HEALTH TIP OF THE DAY

Water is our best friend to help lose weight. 3 litres a day is our bodys daily requirement to ensure proper digestion and elimination of toxins. However drinking a glass of water when craving for a particular sweet or junk food often helps us resist the temptation. Also having water before our meals makes us feel full and prevents us from overeating. Having lukewarm water with lemon early in the morning has helped many successfully lose weight. Water provides the necessary lubrication to our joints too which is very helpful while exercising to lose weight too.

This simple water has many more benefits, so make sure to have more of it today.
